8:00 am Breakfast at the Beibars includes a variety of meat, cheese, veggie plate, fruit plate, eggs, porridge (oatmeal), homemade cookes, chocolate mousse or a baked apple. It is as delicious as it sounds. Topped off with hot coffee, real cream and sugar.

There are no diet drinks, lo-fat foods, margarines or sugar substitutes.

1:00 pm lunch at the orphanage is also an incredible spread that includes two meat & pasta dishes, soup, two kinds of salads, homemade bread, nuts, drieds fruits, several desserts and juice. We end with a cup of hot tea. This photo is of Macaroni Pavlovski, a Russian dish. /i//tn_orphanage_day_10_009.jpg
